Standard fees and other fees

 

Final cleaning in the care of the customer or fixed price of 115 €.

 

Linen is provided and changed at the end of the week for stays longer than a week.

 

Bambino pack € 60: travel cot, high chair, plastic bath, baby potty if necessary, bed linen and towels for the baby.

Deposit: 30% on booking, the balance on the day of arrival.

 

Deposit of 1000 euros on the day of arrival (French check or cash) and returned on the day of departure, after inventory.

 

The tourist tax varies between 2 and 3.30 euros per day and per person. It is calculated according to the date of stay and the number of people aged 18 and over.

You are responsible for your stay unless we re-let the cancelled week(s), with a maximum cancellation date of 30 days before arrival. After this date the deposit will be retained. If the cancelled period is re-let, a 50 euro deduction will be made.
